What does MPS mean to our clients and how does it work?
In a nutshell, we look after your printers and photocopiers so you don’t have to, enabling you to enhance your workflow efficiency, use built-in reporting systems to track usage and savings, manage user permissions, control the number of colour prints – and save money!
The service also includes all toner and ink. We do this by monitoring each device and calling you when you are low, leaving you free to work on your business.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
We also provide all day telephone support, as well as a call-out service when required.
We have IT support available too. It’s optional, but it’s there if you need help.

We offer a transparent contract, with a simple pricing structure which is why we developed our enhanced Managed Print Service (MPS) ‘Gold Standard’ service level agreement, based on ONE transparent Contracted Page Cost and NO hidden charges.

HOW DOES THE MANAGED PRINT SERVICE WORK?
With our Managed Print Service there is just one (Gold Standard) single service level and one contracted page cost.
We provide quarterly billing
Your billing is monitored throughout the month with regular meter readings taken to ensure accuracy.
Toner and ink is monitored through our software
This means we provide it on demand and when you need it.
4-hour response time Guaranteed!
We guarantee a 4-hour response time for one of our engineers to come out, if you have a machine query which cannot be fixed remotely via our telephone helpline.
