Langland’s requirement was to have three printers across Studio, Creative and Account departments positioned over two floors, it was important for us to engage with suppliers that could offer support in a number of ways and really understand our company requirements. Archway was our choice, they offered technical support to our colour requirements, they were competitively priced and importantly really understood our company’s need for colour consistency amongst all the machines, in addition they offered a solution for our wide format requirement.

The options of scan to mailbox and the thicker bypass printing has helped many departments over the years and it’s become second nature to us.

Having used an Inkjet printer for over 4 years since starting my business, I realised that I needed to replace it with a printer that would be simple to use & more importantly given the increase in amount of printing I now needed, would hopefully cost me less to run.
The advice & information you provided was excellent & once you had helped me identify the correct machine for my requirements, I was given a clear & concise quote with easily understood costings. From that it was very simple to work out that the savings on print costs in changing printers would be significant & made my decision to go ahead a simple one.
The installation was quickly arranged & carried out by Allister & Sam extremely professionally. They checked what my requirements were, set the printer up to ensure these would be fulfilled & then spent time to ensure I understood how to change the settings if necessary.
I had a minor issue with printing a few days later – one call to the office & Allister was quickly able to access the printer remotely & show me what the change in the set up to avoid this problem. Since then it has run without any problems.
I have already recommended Archway Business Solutions to some of my customers & colleagues & will continue to do so without hesitation.’

As we recently took over the operation of MBE Windsor not unreasonably reviewed contracts for the services from existing suppliers.
During this process, the current supplier of printer services was not prepared to service the machines despite being under contract and being invited to tender for new machines. I contacted you on Monday this week for help and by Tuesday 8am a new printer was delivered and an engineer was on site to set it up and ensure it was working properly with our computers.
The existing supplier’s engineer arrived and was shocked that we were able to move so quickly. Thank you for your amazing service and very a professional team.

Phil and his team at Archway Business solutions recently set me up with a brand new printer which has been an absolute dream. It works every time, it prints quickly, and the quality is fantastic. Compared to my previous inkjet which was slow, smudgy and always experiencing paper jams – I couldn’t be happier.
It’s essential for my client documents to be printed nicely, with consistent colour and quality and whilst speed, quality and reliability were my priority when sourcing a new printer, I completely overlooked the fact that Phil had also told me that he could save me money, until now – three months later I have just received my first quarterly invoice for maintenance and support which includes my ink usage at 45% of the cost I would normally have bought ink cartridges for over this period of time.
Needless to say, I am absolutely delighted with this bonus and will use my savings to buy that man a drink!
