Supporting Business And Community In Reading

At Archway, we are firm believers in the old adage that it takes a village to build a business. We have had so much help and support from the community and local business owners in our 9 years in business, it is impossible to deny really. And that’s why we have shaped our business into something of real value to our area. For businesses in Reading, we pride ourselves on being the printer/copier company with a heart of gold. We offer help, support and advice wherever we can, and take extra care to ensure our customers never want for anything. So today, we just wanted to show you a few of the ways we serve businesses and the community in Reading, instead of simply selling them photocopiers.

Rapid Response Times

So at Archway we might not be superheros with the power of flight, but we do have a team all coming from a convenient central Reading location. We understand that when something goes wrong with your printer or copier, you need it sorted out on the double. That’s why we are always quick to respond to our customers cries of need. Sometimes a problem can be sorted over the phone, but when it needs a more experienced hand, our team are ready to jump in their cars and come straight to your offices to help. We don’t even stop for coffee on the way. So, if you ever need something fixed in a hurry, have our number on speed dial and we’ll come running.

Central Reading Location

After much searching and consideration, we chose our office location very carefully indeed, always with our customers in mind. Our offices are in South View Park, a stone’s throw away from central Reading and within easy driving distance of the majority of our customers. This means that we are able to quickly service any business in the Reading area and its surroundings while still being really easy to find. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for a better place to be. Want to see for yourself? We love visitors, so please do pop in and see us for coffee and biscuits!

Customer Care

At Archway, customer care is at the heart of everything we do. As business owners and customers, ourselves, we have had our fair share of bad service from providers, and we are determined not to repeat that pattern. Every product and service we offer is centred around how it can benefit our customers, with no hidden strings or drawbacks we hide to make a quick sale. Instead we will be upfront with you at every stage and always there to help and support your business. Our experts are always on call to answer your questions and will be out of the door like a shot if you have a technical problem with your printer or copier. We believe in educating our customers so that they are able to do basic maintenance themselves, but that doesn’t mean we won’t come to your office at 6.30 to unjam the printer. For new businesses in the area, we are your printing partner, the people you can rely on to answer any question, solve any problem and always be there to support you in your success.

Community Support

karate kidAs well as supporting local businesses with their colour, print and copy needs, Archway are also passionate about supporting the local community. Our director Phil is currently gearing up to run the Reading half marathon to raise money for local cancer charities, we have sponsored various local athletes in their journey (the latest being Etienne Keeler in his efforts to compete in several national and international judo championships) and routinely take part in fundraising activities for the Thames Valley Air ambulance – dragon boating down the Thames. To sum that long list up – we care about the community we are a part of and do whatever we can to support it.

All of this adds up to our dedicated customer service charter and continued support of local business start-ups. For new businesses moving to the area, we would love to have a chat and find out exactly how we can help you succeed in everything you do, be it installing and maintaining your office printing or introducing you to other business owners through networking.  So please, get in touch with us or pay us a visit – we’d love to meet you!
