One Single, Simple Cost
The Amp standard variable charge is just 4p for colour and 0.4p for black and white. A 5-year fixed AMP SLA would be 4.5p colour and 0.45p black and white. (The difference should be qualified where appropriate to avoid any confusion.)
There is NO charge for service call-outs – it’s all part of the service and there are NO hidden charges, supplementary fees or rush rates. AMP covers it all!
Exceptional Response Times
With an AMP Service Level Agreement, Archway provide a response time of within 2 hours in certain central Reading post codes (RG1, 2, 3, 4) and up to 4 hours in other areas, within set post codes.
Without an AMP SLA, it is up to 8 hours
OUR CLIENT'S EXPERIENCE
Whilst Archway are very happy to monitor paper usage and will advise clients when they are down on toner, the Company is keen to help customers regain that control if required. The IT department can be provided with the means to directly monitor usage internally.
As Consultants, Archway advise clients how to optimally manage their printer/copier fleet, ensuring the right machines are deployed to best effect.
Archway are Print Consultants (engineers, highly trained in IT Print Solutions); there are no sales people, so there are NO sales targets and especially NO miss-selling. We genuinely care about the quality of service customers receive and the level of satisfaction.
Archway do not have a remote call centre. If a client calls about any issue, they will talk to one of the Company’s engineers who will ‘own’ the issue personally and resolve it. (There will never be any argument between sales and service about responsibility.)
Our approach is to carefully evaluate what our client’s say, what they want/need and propose the most cost-effective option. It is simply in our best interests to do so, because prolonging lifetime value is always best for BOTH parties.
